Free delivery on orders above ₹999. ₹29 for orders above ₹699. ₹49 for orders below ₹699.
What are the delivery timings?
We deliver daily between 8 AM - 2 PM. Orders placed before 11 PM will be delivered the next day.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across South Kolkata, North Kolkata, Howrah, and Newtown areas covering 65+ pincodes.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes! COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. You'll need to share an OTP with the delivery partner.
How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders to see real-time status updates from placed → confirmed → packed → out for delivery → delivered.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
File a complaint from the Complaints section. Our team will resolve it within 24 hours.
How do I apply a coupon?
Enter your coupon code at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically if the coupon is valid.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders that haven't been packed yet. Go to order details and cancel from there.
