By using Finno Farms, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Orders

• Minimum order amount is ₹500
• Orders placed before 11 PM will be delivered the next day
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• Prices are area-specific based on delivery pincode

Delivery

• Delivery slot: 8 AM - 2 PM daily
• Free delivery on orders above ₹999
• COD available up to ₹5,000 per order
• Customer must be available to receive the order

Returns & Refunds

• Quality issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
• Photo evidence may be required for quality complaints
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Cash on Delivery

• OTP verification required for COD orders
• Maximum 2 unpaid COD orders allowed at a time
• Repeated OTP failures may result in COD restriction
